Hello,
the time on my ST2 isn't running.
I can change it to the actual time in the settings-part, but then it stays on that time.

(This results in avreage speeds from more than 30000 km/h - not bad )

Anyone an idea how to fix this?

Hey,

I did send an email to support@stromer-portal.ch and to st2support@stromerbike.com last saturday.

From both adresses no answer, not even a reply that my mail was received :mad:

An update for the bike-software is foreseen for the end of June. I got this information from Stromer-help themselve.
Hope this will correct the problem. Yesterday again an average speed of 32.568 km/h => nice bike .

We don't build cars, so we build bikes that are much faster than every car!

I also have big problems with my ST2,he is back to Switzerland because he don't load up anymore

I updated the bike today to version 1.2.00 (i think) and the clock is working when the bike isn't riding.
I'll test the clock tomorrow when riding the bike.

Correction =>DAMNED
Clock not working while bike is moving, nor when bike is standing.

I contacted Stromer again.
Now they tell me that maybe the computer in the battery isn't function well.

I'll have to test with another battery. (dealer has holidays for the moment, so maybe next week).

Battery is ordered by dealer, now waiting for delivery .....
Hopefully it doesn't take as much time as delivering the ST2
