I had (and have) a problem with the clock on my ST2, see other topic (ST2 - Time).
After several mails too support, they asked me to call them. They knew my number, but i think calling for them to Belgium is to expensive :redface:
If a customer of our company does send an email with complaints, and his Phone-number is included, we allways call them as fast as possible (even when it is on the other side of the world).
