Yesterday my new & slightly used Stromer (mountain) stopped when climbing a hill while showing "10%". Does it mean that 10% is the same as 0%? Is it better not to use the battery when low, climbing the mountains?

Beim hochfahren braucht der Stromer viel Strom, muss also viel leisten. Das heisst der Akku muss auch sehr viel Strom in kurzer Zeit abgeben.
Es kann sein das bei der Kälte, wie jetzt zum Beispiel, der Akku seinen Job nicht mehr ganz erfuellen kann (die Chemische Reaktion im Akku wird schwächer).

the measurement is done in volt and translated into %. If 10% akku is displayed, the remaining capacity could be another one. but there is a certain voltage, below that the system stopps. unfortunatly, the tension collapses under high load - while climbing hills or at race speed - but reconstitutes after a short brake, as friano75 mentioned.
as the black display is more accurate than the older white, you can try to avoid the annoying stopp by observing the values.
(i've the same problem, as the road climbes bevor reaching my home)
