Normale Version: Blinking light when locked
Du siehst gerade eine vereinfachte Darstellung unserer Inhalte. Normale Ansicht mit richtiger Formatierung.
Hello,
When I choose "lock" in the menu the light of the bike is going to blink every 5 seconds. When it is locked, you don't want to attract the attention tothe bike. Do you have the same experience? Did you find the solution? You can answer in German, English or Dutch.

Jens
Yep, it's annoying but ther's nothing you can do about it.

Stromer's explanation was that it should look similar to a switched on car alarm which often has some red blinking leds inside.

Are you Dutch BTW ?

The classic IT dilemma: Bug or feature?

If IT fails, Marketing come along and declares nonsense to be innovative. Still hoping, customers don't think too much about. Have you ever seen a car park with hundreds cars with blinking headlights?
Yes I'm Dutch and I live in the east of the Netherlands
I don't mind an IT or marketing question. I've bought the bike for a lot of money, so I want to have my prevered settings. Is it Stromer that has to decide for our preset? In my opinion there must be a item in the menu, to switch this feature on or off, depending of the user. Maybe it's possible to adapt the mobile app or the menu settings on the bike.

Welcome to the club... So far my experience is that:

1. Stromer support sucks (no or no real answers)

2. Stromer advertising sucks (promising features which aren't avaiable)

3. Stromer ICT sucks (OMNI is way too slow and only works under ideal conditions, f.i. indoors it's useless)

4. My dealer support (Qicq in Amsterdam) is ok

5. The ST2 itself still is a great bike

Maybe things will improve once Stromer has sold some ST2's in the US, we'll have to wait and see.
